•  Realtors and Leasing Agents who have shown one of our rental properties to a prospective tenant, resulting in a successfully executed residential lease agreement, must complete our Rental Agent Form to receive the referral commission. To begin this process, please complete the Rental Agent Form.

• Showing a property and having your client sign the Duties Owed form does not guarantee a referral commission from STRATA  Real Estate & Leasing, llc. To be recognized as the procuring cause of a successful lease transaction, an uninterrupted sequence of events must lead to an approved applicant and a fully executed lease agreement.

​By completing and submitting this form, the Real Estate Agent/Realtor/Leasing Agent ("Agent") certifies that they are the showing agent for the mentioned property and the applicant/tenant. The Agent has reviewed the Clark County Recorder's records for any Notice of Default (foreclosure) or Trustee Sale corresponding to the property's list date and confirms that no such records were found at the time of the rental application submission or lease agreement execution. The Agent acknowledges that the leasing fee/commission is earned upon the successful execution of the lease agreement between the listing Broker and the applicant/tenant named herein, and that the fee will be paid to the Agent's Broker.
